In the interests of efficiency and security we are introducing a new secure Client Portal for delivering documents and communicating with our clients. This will allow us to securely share files with you and allow you to digitally sign documents in a secure manner.
We will be transitioning to the use of this portal over the next couple of months.
We believe it will have significant benefits for all of us, including:

- Timeliness – Current postage timeframes can result in lengthy delays, and electronic signatures enables fast turnaround times for lodgement.
- Secure – The portal has the same security as that used with your internet banking log in. All your information and files will remain confidential and cannot be accessed by email.
- Paperless ATO correspondence – The Australian Taxation Office are going paperless and will not be providing printed assessments and other notices. For our business this impacts on thousands of documents each year previously sent to us by mail and we expect that in the near future we may have to send all ATO correspondence to you electronically.
- Efficient – you can use the portal to upload any number of files of any size or type, with everything kept in one convenient place. Documents we share with you will remain in the portal and you can access them at any time.
- Saves paper – it reduces our environmental footprint by eliminating the need to print and photocopy pages. It will also decrease your requirement to physically file paper copies for multiple years as you will be able to access them electronically at any time.
We believe this change presents an opportunity to communicate in a secure, more convenient and timely manner. It will make it easier for you to receive, send and store various business documents.
What do I need to do?
If you would like to create your login please email processing@boothco.com.au and we will forward an invite to you. You will be asked to create a Login ID which we suggest is your email address, then set your password.
